Founded on a Simple Observation
Maven Drift came about because two advisors — both of whom had spent years supporting large organisations through restructures and system changes — kept noticing the same problem. The technical side of change was usually well-planned. The human side was not.
Employees received announcements rather than explanations. Leaders were given timelines but not support. Resistance built because people felt things were happening to them rather than with them.
We opened our doors in Bangkok because the city sits at the junction of global and local business culture — an environment where the need to navigate change thoughtfully is especially real. We work in both English and Thai, and we understand the relational dynamics that shape how teams in Thailand respond to transitions.

Every engagement follows the same careful approach, regardless of scale.
Confidentiality Agreement
We sign a mutual confidentiality agreement before any engagement begins. Client names and details are never shared externally.
Written Deliverables
Every session produces written output — a summary, a plan, or a set of templates — so your team has clear reference material after we finish.
Structured Feedback Loops
We check in regularly throughout engagements. If the scope or direction needs to shift, we discuss and document the change together.
Data Privacy Compliance
We handle personal and organisational data in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and applicable data handling standards.
Neutral Advisory Position
We do not advocate for particular vendors, systems, or approaches unless we have been specifically engaged to assess options. Our advice is independent.
Clear Engagement Terms
Scope, deliverables and fees are agreed in writing before work begins. We do not add cost or extend work without a conversation and your agreement.
